THE TOF PROCESS
Consultation
Every project begins with a one-to-one consultation where we discuss your goals, audience, story, and desired style. This step ensures I fully understand what you want to achieve and how the film will serve its purpose whether it’s for your brand, business, or event.
Quotation
After our consultation, you receive a detailed quotation tailored to your chosen package. Once you're happy to proceed, your booking is secured with a deposit and we finalise the agreement. This gives you full clarity on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Filming
From pre-production planning to filming and editing, I personally oversee every stage. This includes preparing the shot plan, setting up the right equipment, and ensuring your film is captured with cinematic detail and professional quality.
Final Delivery
The remaining balance is completed on the day of the shoot. Once payment is confirmed, editing begins and your film enters the post-production timeline. You will receive your final film within the agreed delivery window, ready to share and use across all platforms.
FAQ
How do I secure my dates?
I secure dates with a signed contract and a deposit. Until the deposit is received, I can’t guarantee the date, and it may be offered to other inquiries.
How do payments work?
A 30% deposit secures the date. The remaining 70% is paid on the day of the shoot.
What if I need to reschedule?
Your deposit can be transferred to a new date within 6 months (based on availability).
When does editing start?
After the remaining balance is paid.
