FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I secure dates with a signed contract and a deposit. Until the deposit is received, I can’t guarantee the date, and it may be offered to other inquiries.
I ask that deposits are paid promptly to hold your booking. A verbal confirmation or email alone does not lock in the date. If I don’t receive your deposit within the agreed timeframe, I may need to release the date to other clients.
I understand that schedules can be busy. I can hold dates for a short period if requested, but the deposit deadline always applies to officially secure your booking.
I’ll let you know immediately and do my best to find alternative dates that work for your project.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
This deposit is non-refundable, as the date is fully reserved for your project.
The remaining 70% is paid on the day of the shoot. Delivery timelines begin once the final payment is received.
Yes, as long as the new date is available. Your deposit stays valid for up to 6 months.
If the project is cancelled entirely, the deposit is withheld to cover the reserved date.
Yes. Every project includes a clear agreement covering:
what’s included
delivery timelines
revision terms
payment structure
usage rights
cancellation and rescheduling
This protects both of us and ensures full clarity from the start.
I typically arrive 30–60 minutes before filming to set up lighting, audio, and cameras.
Additional coverage is available by the hour. Rates vary depending on the type of project, and extra time is always discussed before continuing, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Most clients I work with aren’t used to being in front of a camera. I guide you naturally through:

tone
delivery
posture
energy
My approach is calm, friendly, and supportive no pressure, no forced acting.
